Previous warning post might apply to folks here

Previous warning post might apply to folks hereGuys, I am not in the business world but if that article from Jim sinclair, which he labeled extremely important, has any merit and applies to any of you guys and gals then perhaps you should take the required action. I had an account once and in my ignorance did not know that a particular stock I had just purchased was marginable. I guess I don't need to tell you what happened when there was a call.

We can chuck harpoons at each other all day long. I don't care about that but I do care about the dirty backstabbing tricks that the big bad guys use and I have little regard for the regulatory agencies that 'allow the loopholes'  that can hurt an industry and or the shareholders of a particular sector or company the dirt bags want to target.. So please check to see if any of your holdings can in any way be in  any danger as per Jims article.

Take care,
Jerry Francis
