RE: takeover price ?    My thoughts exactly..........it's not what it's worth now or what it's worth later or what's fair.....................the answer is how much is the least amount they have to give to make this deal happen right away.....

    I think .35 is the number.........any lower and the 47% will hunker down and stall the buyout.......which will make the buyout double that in 6 months....

    35 cents............and the offer will probably be here next week
