RE: ay 11 meeting to vote on non voting shares?

RE: ay 11 meeting to vote on non voting shares?I think you're onto something SandHeads, although I'm not sure why anyone really want to buy them vs. buying voting shares available at a dime per.  What would be the sweetener aside from keeping the entity going?   Hmmm???

The good news is that from the wording on the NRs it doesn't look like an extraordinarily amount of money needs to be spent on drilling and acquisitions of resources like they've spent the past two years.  There are obligations like some seismic work obligations in the future but nothing near the type of monies that they've been raising in the past couple of years.

One thing that could happen is for POU to increase the buy backs and maybe take out the whole co.??  This wasn't Clay's intent but he'd end up spending a fraction of the money raised and spent the past two years to bring his baby back into the fold - plus the Umiak lands and resources that I think cost a ton and was bought, as well.
