Delayed report

Delayed report
I was trying to figure out what is in the works and why they delayed publishing the numbers.

My conclusion after putting all the pieces together is that there will be a buyout offer to Victhom in the next 2-3 weeks.

Everything seems pointing into that direction and that is the only explanation that I found logical for delaying the report.  The audited numbers are not only pushed away but they will become irrevelant once there will be a offer on the table.

Victhom is in no position to make heavy negotiations so don't expect $0.40 buyout even if in fact it is probably worth that.  However I am quite sure that there will be a certain competition over its technology and we should see something in the $0.10 range or higher.

Of course this is only a guess but it fits all the pieces.

I am not sure if it will be for all of Victhom or just for the bionic division.  But it is becoming quite obvious that a complete or partial buyout is in the cards.

Victhom never slowed down R&D even though they knew they had a June end line by doing so.  It would have been suicidary doing so if it wasn't that they had a plan.

At this point a buyout is the best thing that could happen to SH.  It is unfortunate for the longs that did not buy in the lows to bring their average price lower.  But trying to get financing and launch both technologies to market will take alot of cash and ressources and in the end will have the same results on the SP than a buyout in the $010-0.20 range..

Good luck to all
