RE: I hope it isn't the news.....35 mil at 1.50A financing will have to be done sooner or later if they want to keep phase two on time, this could be very likely, lets hope there are no warrants attached this time. A pullback will occur but whats the difference if the construction phase in completed by the end of the year!
