What's with the share price movement ?

What's with the share price movement ?
Can anyone explain the recent share price movement - preparing for another fund raising exercise perhaps? Are they about to announce the start of drilling of another well? Whatever happened to the two deals mentioned in the press release back  in February? How much money is still in the kitty and what is a fair "nav" for this stock?
