Not to be a negative nellie... but it ain't a deal until someone signs on the dotted line.

That would mean they had a deal years ago as well. We need someone to sign and say that there is a deal. You are talking about negotiations. Which they have been negotiating for years.

I hope your negotiations turns into a deal but your subject line is very deceiving.. It should have said "There are negotiations!!!"
