Almost all the ducks are lined up +My pioneer grandmother sometimes would take the shotgun and fire. She always wanted at least 5 ducks down with one shot.
Hence the term ducks in a row.
With FCO we have all the good news in a row except the market. Mr. Market is so unpredictable that therein is the risk you have to take. When I balance all the factors that are positive on one end of the scale and the market risk on the other the scale tips to the buy side for me.This of course is JMHO.
I am not concerned with the 206 million shares out. It counts as a positive with me given the overall situation with FCO.
I suggest a complete review of all the News Release items for the past year and then draw your own conclusion.
