tomorrow

tomorrowshould be interesting. I still really don't know what to expect, ie whether we get something dramatic or just another trickle of info about what is in the works. I suspect it will be the latter, which i glean from their nr "To finance the necessary expenditures for this development, the Companyis expecting to utilize cash on-hand, debt financing and/ or jointventure participation, or a combination thereof, depending uponprevailing market conditions at the time"

That sounds like it is still very much (still) being worked on.  What could give us a pickup, more than anything else, is that that same quote  seems to indicate that MAA is looking into other options, aside from just simple dilution. That dilution was expected bc of the need to raise equity, but if they find some cash/partners elsewhere,  the equity needed to be raised should be less.  Such a scenario is positive, and would bump the sp up, but i dont think it would double the sp, as many hope to see. I would not be unhappy if it merely got us beyond 44 cents.  Obviously, however, if they have a more dramatic announcement, i will be looking for more.

of course, this is largely speculation on my part...and i am trying to be conservative.
