RE: RE: RE: You have 30 minutes to buy MAA beforeyyz, i sure hope you are right. i am conservative, MAA has never gotten the love it deserves, even when it was trading above $3.50.  i am also being conservative about the financing being a done deal..although i firmly, firmly believe we will get it.  Recently, there has been some suggestion that we will need 110 million, which is less than previously expected.  So that is great. Further, in the nr, they said that there were many options on the table--but it seemed to me that it was not "done".  On the other hand, MAA has released some badly phrased news releases in the past which were later corrected, so maybe i am reading too much into things. anyways, a little patience might be a good thing if we get better conditions.  That is why i am hedging my bets about a real breakout tomorrow.  But i do see a pop...crossing my fingers that your optimism will come to fruition :-)
