The QTZ exploration project is northwest of its Crevier property and includes 257 mining claims. It holds interest in an Crevier niobium and tantalum project, located in Quebec, Canada. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiary is Crevier Minerals Inc.

If they find something big the drilling costs are huge. A single projects drilling program can be $10M in one season unless you want to give it away to a major for pennies on the dollar. Strong cash position with a reduction in the number of shares out is a great way to go. Giving the insiders 0.85M options based on their SP track record over the past 24 months is wrong and a slap in the face for the share holders. They need to prove there worth and there is only one way to do that - SP reflects it all. Its struggling to get past 0.70 never mind the $1.50 or $2 that it belongs at. Looks like TD is cleaned out and now we are working against the CIBC buyer that supported us at 60 cents. Be nice if this management could find some big support for this company but that takes some confidence peddling.
