Does it mean that Severstall owns those 2 credit facilities now, and that the money is now owed to severstal instead of the standard bank?

If this is the case, is it possible that severstal ends up calling in the debt in default on these 2 facilities, and takes whatever assets were used to secure these debts? It would seem like the easy way to "steal" from yourself, and the other 47% shareholders gets screwed... If i'm making any sense at all.
