RE: RE: RE: A tale of two scenarios

RE: RE: RE: A tale of two scenariosSorry about the appeal comment Doug, I misread that you were referring to the ROD being appealed and not the FS itself. You are correct that while it is unbelievably unlikely, it remains possible.

I spoke with Rick @ FCO yesterday regarding a possible name change in that I feel that anything with the word Capital in it is getting painted negatively these days and it is no longer a true representation of what they do. He totally agreed, however, he told me that they would only announce a name change as part of a major positive news release ie financing. The company already has shareholder approval to do so at anytime, he just feels that if they did it on its own, it would seem like they are trying to hide something. In his words, the people who matter, the ones would would give money, have already done due diligence and it really wouldnt matter if it was called Pinocchio. He did agree however, that it would attract more retail investors, analysts coverage and transparency down the line. They also wouldn't necessarily narrow their name down to something only cobalt related as they feel they are experts in several unconventional metals and dont want to be too short sighted in naming the company after only one project. He said it could also be something that could be requested as part of an attempt at a US listing in which case they may have to comply and do the change as part of a listing requirement.

He also confirmed that they are expecting ROD upholding ANY DAY now. Next hurdle is financing...
