RE: RE: Another strategic move

RE: RE: Another strategic moveIMO, I don't think Sprott is a factor anymore.   From what I seen they greatly reduced their position as at Dec 31.  Someone indicated they didn't sell per filings but if memory serves me correct, they did file a report on sedar confirming their percentage holdings was below requirements following the dilution.   They hold a couple million in convert debentures which I believe takes precedence over common shares but I doubt they are secured.   Sprotts guy is out now and they were all handsomely rewarded with Severstal purchasing the coal project from Sprott Resource Corp.

At the end of the day, I don't think anyone can do a thing.  Severstal has total control and will dictate the fate.  This one is building to be a real dirty deal but what can you expect from a group that shorts the crap out of a stock to take a favorable position.......that's assuming of course it was severstal trading through morgan prior to the 10% accumulation by severstal through morgan.  They squeezed all the options out of this......even better was the manipulative trading through a couple of houses.

If you ask me what the pivotal point was, look back at the fall below .80.    Mgt could have made a move to raise capital at that time.

If I didn't recover off the .04 level, I would be one of the first ones lawyering up on this one.  Assuming of course this ship is going to sink.    Just watch Mosher and the gang emerge with Buryatzoloto.

Good luck longs.
