rumor is flying again  in town, 
UTS rejected Total and Total is looking at deferent options and CLL with OPC coming to be the probable company. 
I did call the company's and no indication of any talks being taken place  but BNN is talking that will happen.

You heard this on BNN? What time? They may replay..tia
