RE: It's not how large the position isGood post Honkey. I figured Severstal had offered something like that (my guess was .32) but I didn’t post it fearing the wrath of the militant wing on this board LOL.

I also think there may be an offer very soon based in part on the last NR. Issues like those mentioned in the NR are usually wrapped up by the lawyers prior to haggling over the final sticking points in any deal.

I was once involved in collective bargaining and the first thing you do is agree and sign off on all the things you already have before going head to head over the big stuff (usually wages).

It could be a stretch but I see some similarities here.
