Not to sure how many of you know this: Venzuala is the number 1 seller of crude oil for US oil imports.  Guess where most of Venezula's oil comes from - You guessed it - Oil sands upgrading. They use the same process as Suncor to upgrade the bituman to oil.

This whole thing is a lose leader.  Think they will ban Venezuala crude in CA? Likely not
