I have contacted them and received a reply with an offer to contact (without answers to any of my questions or concerns).
However,I am overseas in the flux of constant travel and without adequate internet on many days.
Then there is the major time differential complicating matters further.
Surely with such a large infusion of capital into Soho (and therefore,direction) there might be one interested shareholder that can actualy dial 1-800 and blah,blan,blah for no cost but a few minutes of your time??
This seems rather pathetic thst we go in circless without direction when most junior comnpany boardsx on stockhouse share company information and direction readily and easily.
It cannot be difficult to tell a story and interest potential (and existing) investors?
Yet,here we are with no information.
