With the hiring of TD Securities by HBM, the hand writings on the wall for the immediate direction of HBM, Co's like VMS will likely be a selling feature for HBM but it's not enhancing VMS shareprice at this time and won't likely for some time to come and bottom line that's what this is all about Increasing Shareholder Value.I would be very surprised if a deal was ironed out with VMS before all potential buyer prospects are looked at.JMO.
