very nice.  also some people here have been thinking about oil production.  both are nice dreams!!!!  aren't they?

time to put your feet back on the ground.  @ .60 /share the NR was about 722/bbls /day   fact is  (that feet on the ground thing is 80 bbls/ day and that was after the reworked well. (mo money) .  so the production was was 11% of the flow rate.  .68 x .11 = .075 approx.  so .12 is a fair price with the dilution and the GOM.  now if they tied in all zones and all wells were as good as the first ie: produced 700+ bbls/day than you dollar looks good.  Now don't forget there have been a bunch of shares issued and maybe some debentures to come, and don't forget about those cheap warrants 14+ million @ .25 and the 3-4 million (maybe more) @ .30 - .40 . That is a lot more dilution at cheap prices if you think it's worth $1 and 14+ million will be issued @ .25 .    

At Obama says " Make no mistake" these warrants will not expire under any circumstances (look at the past NR's)

IMHO Art has seriously devalued the play with the issues of 28 million shares @ an average price of .215  (fully diluted) and more dilution to come.


the only thing that may propel this shares price IMHO is another oil spike.  

kinda like playing SSS on the stem cell play, even thou the name says stem cell that is not their business.
