Primary Symbol: SPTS

The investment seeks to provide investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the Bloomberg Barclays 1-3 Year U. The fund invests at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index and in securities that the Adviser determines have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of the securities that comprise the index. The index is designed to measure the performance of short term (1-3 years) public obligations of the U.S. Treasury.

And what are your "assumptions" based upon? Do you know that CS will liquidate their position? Do you know whether another offer is forthcoming? Will SLW pay more for the company... I hope that the answer is yes, but I doubt it. I own a significant interest in SST and build a larger position on dips (which is solely based on the price of silver dips).

Unless you can answer these questions definitively, you are only speculating and continue to call into question Pylot's integrity with no evidence to do so. The only evidence I can see about Pylot is that he has been responsible for significant wealth creation with CS, SST, and EAS (and I hope for ZCC next). The current price of these stocks is solely based on current econimic situation and the price of the commodity.

I don't mind if you vote "NO", you will be a small number, but just use facts to support your position.
