Primary Symbol: SPTS

The investment seeks to provide investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the Bloomberg Barclays 1-3 Year U. The fund invests at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index and in securities that the Adviser determines have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of the securities that comprise the index. The index is designed to measure the performance of short term (1-3 years) public obligations of the U.S. Treasury.

Yes, I don't understand.
Because there is no reason to hold SST shares if you vote YES since the market is offering the exact (minus a ridiculus 2%) same price SLW is offering and, I would say, without any kind of risk.
And, seriously, 2% is not a real arbitrage.

Also, voting yes while hoping in SLW raising the offer, or another white knight coming, is for sure not productive and also not conducive to a higher offer.

We must do whatever we can to stimulate a better offer, and the only way I know is to call (or email) the company threatening a NO vote, emailing SLW, and voting NO.
If anyone has a better idea I would certainly follow him.
