and not of market deterioration, what a load of crap if this were true he would not have to warn of a sales decrease, if it were a timing issue it would have no meaningful impact, I don't trust Kumar, he's holding far too big a majority of shares typically wants his cake and to eat it also, looks like he gets away with it
