RE: RE: New rule book being writtenIt was stated as 500 million "replacement capex" not development/growth capex such as phase 2 expansion. Where and how did they determine $500 million, I'm assuming it will be over the life of mine. I also doubt their annual mandatory replacement expense would push $20 million plus. Given there was no breakdown of the figure I would hardly take this to being correct. IMO
