Reading this story today makes dealing with the Asian vendors a complete and utter gong show.

Typical, they keep coming back for more and as long as the deal isn't signed...they keep coming back for more.

Hopefully their greed will be repaid in kind thru the courts and GMG ends up with a whack of the property without spending anymore time of $$$.
