  There are clearly some people that want/ need out of the stock... and they will use liquidity events to unload.   Having said that,  the offerred side looks considerably thinner than it has for the past couple of months... in fact,  its looks like there are buyers lining up ....  we'll see... dont get caught up in the minutia.. things are coming together here. 

I think the odds of waking up to a major positive news catalyst... either in the form of a Irish / Scottish / UK filter deal,  or some kind of partnership / licensing / JV deal on 1402 ,  are better than ever.  I dont think the share price even remotely reflects that potential any more.   Too many funds have gotten fed up or forced to sell... and its really pressed the cap value of this company.   Yes,  cash is tight.... but a $36mm market cap ?
