| Ivernia Inc. (TSX:IVW), an international base metals mining, exploration and development company today announced that it will hold its Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders on Wednesday, June 17, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern Time). The meeting will be held at The National Club, Howland Room, 303 Bay Street, Toronto, Ontario. In addition, the Company will report results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2009 after the close of market (TSX) on Thursday, May 14, 2009. Management will host a conference call to discuss the Company's results at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) on Friday, May 15, 2009.
