Primary Symbol: PSP

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the Red Rocks Global Listed Private Equity Index. The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in securities (including American depositary receipts (ADRs) and global depositary receipts (GDRs)) that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index is composed of securities, ADRs and GDRs of 40 to 75 private equity companies, including business development companies (BDCs), master limited partnerships (MLPs) and other vehicles.

RE: RE: PSP NewsAny cost containment initiative is a good thing...especially executive positions in Canada.  The focus
should be on the US operations...mkt is much greater and more diversified.  There are more layers of law enforcement/homeland security in the US.  At this point PSP has to flatten its structure as much as possible.
Obviously, Bonaventure is collateral damage....PSP is categorically distressed.  Surprised they didnt do an equity
financing when the price was averaging 15c...looks like we may see 10c or lower.  Scott needs to fix the balance
sheet and quickly.
