RE: RE: RE: RE: % of OS Sharesperhaps the expectation is that the court will reject the bid, which would then allow some other company to come along and buy it for a more realistic price...but even then, that does nothing for the pending litigation, so in all honesty, this IS the deal. Take it or leave it.
