seanj, when are you going to get it? The thermal coal market and met coal markets are hardly related, that is why thermal is half the price, but other than being worth much less the correlation is little to none. thermal is for coal fired power generation or heat source, and has many substitutes, the met coal is for coke and steel production, and has no substitute.

teck has relatively no thermal coal to speak of, so these news releases mean absolutely jack to tck !
