ValueIf you were long prior to  today (which I was not), I can see why people might be unhappy.  I actually never believed a deal was coming,  I actually saw this as good news and an opportunity to pick up shares, shareholders should receive more than the current market price.  I am not sure why people think the shareholders are getting nothing
