RE: Trust RM ?

RE: Trust RM ?Harvard, wish I felt and could claim a clear view. I appreciate your response to my post. I'm not familiar with Brent Cook but did inquire from the IR contact, Forbes West about the Imwauna property specifically raising the water level and commercial production aspects. Mr. West responded with an Email this morning relaying " Bob's response to the Imwauna water table issue " as follows:  " the water table is not relevant - in fact most of the resource is below the water table ".

I've enjoyed speculating in the junior mining sector of the stock market since the mid sixties. I certainly don't claim to have any magic formula and confess I'm a person with a tendency to fall in love with stocks(might well be not worth listening to). My take is the junior mining sector company leadership is and always has been largely made up of flamboyant and optimistic promoters, with most managing to stake out a pretty good living without ever bringing their company to producer status. IMHO a good share of those have made their living " fleecing the lambs ". Mr. McNeil certainly is not the promoter type, I guess that has to be a major factor in my attitude toward him and I am willing to accept the down side of that. My assessment is we're now pretty much at a time where the market is not willing to get excited - we're all from Missouri and need to be shown the goods. I am satisfied Mr. McNeil does believe there is a 3 to 5 million ounce gold resource at Imwauna but it does still require considerable proving.I think we're pretty much all aware of the hurdles and risks that might stand in the way of that and I won't rehash any of that here.

Insider trading is something I've learned to watch closely when holding junior stocks. In this case I can't say I've looked in the last few days but I've been satisfied the record for NGG is pretty good. I did notice Mr. McNeil disposed of a relatively minor number of shares some time back - don't recall any other Insider Sales for some considerable time and I have an understanding a fairly substantial number of shares are owned by Insiders. Faith and loyalty by Insiders means a lot to me.

I need to make it clear I do not profess to being informed or knowledgeable about gold - have no geologist trading. I know there are others here I recognize as being much more qualified as being worthy of making such assessments. Grumpy comes to mind. Harvard, I appreciate the issue of the water table being raised. and confess I was bothered. I don't know for anyone else but I am satisfied with the response through IR and  plan to continue hoping the hurdles can be jumped and the risk overcome.
