RE: OT: Oil...You'd be surprised how much leverage the Saudi's have when it comes to enforcing production cuts. They are perfectly capable of flooding the market to squash dissenters. They've got the capacity and the capital to flood the market, kill the price of oil, and in the process crush the violators. Venezuela knows better than to threaten or even follow through with ignoring a call for pumping reductions.
