The recovery process and ore type at Dachang is the same as that of Sino-Gold's flagship Jinfeng mine , just a few kms away , producing 180,000 oz per year.

That is ,ore is f ed to a semi autogenous and ball mill grinding circuit ,Flotation circuit recovers a pyrite concentrate containing over 90% of the gold  and the concentrate is oxidised by bacteria using the patented BIOX technology.
 
A carbon-in-leach circuit followed by an electrowinning circuit produces gold dore for shipment to a refinery in China.

Overall gold recoveries are 85%   which is slighyl better than Sino Golds..

This is another parameter nailed down and increases the timing and likelihood of a takeover...
