I was surprised that consolidated earnigs increased by 4.6 mill, that net income was up 14 million and that cashflow increased 47 million from the same quarter last year. In this recession that is outstanding. I like the fact that they have reduced distributions and given guidance on future dividends at between 60 and 70 % of cash flow. If cash flow is relative to todays numbers the dividend will be in the .60 range or about 10% on conversion. I suppose that is why people are selling. cheers rythman
