Is the PP still Open etc. ?

Is the PP still Open etc. ?Does anyone know if the recent financing announced has been closed or is there any room left to buy some shares ? I tried to call the company but was unable to speak with someone.

Also any updates with their Chilean projects are they still holding the project or is it in default ?

I saw the news about "talks" ?

Does anyone know if a person named Dino is involved with Dorex in any way?
