 $1,475,000 to Rochester for a 10% stake in the Mina Real
Subscribe for 3.5 million common shares of Rochester at a price of 15 cents per common share

2.deal just now
subscribed for additional 2,75 million shares at 0,2 CAD plus 1,375 million warrants at 0,3 in a recent RCT private placement
