RE: Old post- valuing a company

RE: Old post- valuing a companyReal numbers:

1,500,000 estimated gold equivalent for SOHO X $916  current gold price= $1,374,000,000
minus cost of extraction 600,000,000=$774,000,000

$774,000,000 divided by 158,947,913 fully diluted shares = $4.86 price per share

Discount this by 75% because the numbers are crap, you get a price of $1.21. If you discount by 50%, you get $2.43 price per share.

Compare $1.21 to .125, sell if you may BUT I would be a buyer if we are close to 1.5 million oz.  We know gold price based on technically are going to move higher over the next year and a half.

Yes, we should have sold 2 years ago when the markets were coming off BUT who would have thought hedge funds/trader would buy the Majors and short the Juniors???
