This resource estimation has been prepared byScott E. Wilson Consulting, Inc. (\"Wilson Consulting\") based in Englewood,Colorado. Wilson Consulting is a full-service mining engineering firm,specializing in all aspects of exploration, mine development, and mineoperations. This resource estimate is an upgrade to the Company's initialresource estimate announced on April 30, 2008 and is based upon detailedgeological modeling of veins and stock-work zones that was not available for theinitial resource estimate plus the results from 71 new drill holes targetingdown-dip and along strike extensions of known mineralization outlined in theinitial resource report of April of 2008.
