NGG musings.

NGG musings.I'm not sure this will set out any information that will be of benefit to anyone but somehow feel a call to attempt to ramble a bit about New Guinea Gold.

I've spent a bit of time on the TMXmoney.com site this morning, that's https://www.tsx.com/en.help.html . For the period from Feb 12th to May 11th/09 inclusive my calculations show approx. 21,000,000 shares have changed hands, on average some 240,000 shares. Since, and including April 27th to May 11th inclusive some 8,500,000 shares have traded, on average that shows 776,000 share trading days. I hope the increased share trading days actually reflect considerable sale of shares from the Macmin holdings - one can't feel totally confident of that as our forum indicates several who have been posting here have at the very least reduced with some indicating they have sold out their positions.

I did hear through IR on May 7th that Macmin shares were being sold but there was no available information as to when the sale of shares commenced to be sold or as to how many had been or were then being sold. I certainly hope the Macmin trustees will provide an update in the near future. The requirements for Release of News when Material Changes occur always has baffled me. With the technology we have in this day and age it appears Securities Commissions could certainly very easily bring all participants much closer to equal staus as far as the investment and speculation fields are concerned. With our junior sector it always amazes me the golden egg laying goose hasn't been killed before now - one knows us little speculators can never be on a totally equal playing field but IMHO it should be much closer to that than it now is.

I do see the above website does show Bolder Investment Parteners Ltd. as a sponsor for NGG - I had noticed several days ago I didn't seem to find the Bolder name on the Buy side of transactions and it was showing up, at least occasionally, on the Sell side.I have been told a supportive staff member or two had left the employ of Bolder and this could be the reason why. I wonder if Bolder still is a sponsor(in fact I'm not even aware of the meaning and all the ramifications of being a sponsor) - it does seem fairly routine that website information is not maintained, amended or serviced as often as I believe it should be.

This no doubt raises questions as opposed to anwering any of them - performing due diligence appears a very illusive chase from my vantage point and experience
