Stategic Significance

Stategic SignificanceBishop....please help me understand what, if any, significance there is to J Ryder exerciing 50000 of his .10 options.  My guess is the need for personal cash flow as I cannot seem to see if there is any message or strategy in his move.  Any thoughts on this?
