RE: news $15 mill unit offering delution - GenGHey genG,

Good analysis!  Just a couple of thoughts:

1] we shouldn't forget that the company is moving from developer status to producer status, with a nice sized orebody. It would hard to imagine a mid-tier producer with only 45M O/S.  There is always a significant price to pay to get a producing mine up and running.

2] I'd rather see us with a producer trading north of $2 and with 100M O/S than an explorer/developer with an O/S of 100M and a share price in the teens....or less.

3] I haven't seen their production forecasts yet, but would submit that they must be very good for such a positive decision, given the price of silver over the past 8 mos.  A good sign methinks.

4] I give management a lot of credit for the financing strategy they have  formulated.  These are not easy times for the mining industry, with regards easy financing.

5] We're going to need some patience with this one, as production will likely not start in earnest until late Fall.  However with Ag ready ready to break out, SVL has the potential to become another First Majestic Silver.

I have the patience of jobe, especially when I believe there is tremendous potential.  I accumulated Corner Bay Silver in the .30s and .40s.  It eventually was bought out by PAAS just shy of $8.

Here's to the coming months, and the benefits we should see accruing.

Cheers,

Brit
