Hush hushWhy are there no details as to this "independent" committee that was formed that made the decision for shareholders that the ORV was not worthy of consideration or disclosure? Normally when a committee of this nature is formed, the members are provided to ensure they are "qualified" to evaluate this kind of transaction. If I appointed my cousin and my sister to be impartial representatives in negotiations on my behalf, I may not want to tell anyone their relationship...not to say this is the situation but really why are there so many unanswered questions in a process that has been so closed to public scrutiny? Looking at the most recent NR, there are still details that are up for interpretation so the questions will continue to go unanswered until either ORV gets their way and help shed light on the situation or KNB shareholders lose half of their project and hope the share price does not tank. I suppose if KNB issued 60 million shares at 0.50 they could raise the capital they would receive from GER and in effect keep 100% interest....but no more dilution is what they continue to say...while they continued to issue shares...hmmm. I would imagine the 4 million shares that were recently issued are getting unloaded (indirectly) as a risk-free carry of the warrants. Not a bad turn for such a short time. Actually what's the difference why not issue 60 million shares....oh....they couldn't even sell 6 million shares at 0.45 let alone looking to find buyers for 10 times that number. What a joke.
