my concern is that it looks like ISA is being represented by a local law firm - no disrespect to them, I know of them and they are well respected, but I do wonder if they have a significant amount of experience and expertise in dealing with big pharma - this is not the kind of task you hand over to someone just because he is a good contract lawyer - our value is 100% dependant on the paper now, not the IP - if there is anything missing in the paper, one trap door that a lack of experience would have them miss and the consequences to us could be significant
