There is quite a bit of room for Ecuador to continue to negatively impact the prospects of mining and exploration companies. The final conclusion is interesting given the volume of concerns and barriers.

Finally, DMM indicated in their Q1 MD&A the Ministry of Mines and Petroleum is expected to release regulations under which the new Mining Law will operate by the end of May, 2009. Thanks again to DMMwatcher1 for pointing this out.
