is it possible...

is it possible......that CCZ management would be positioning this company to be bought out?

This is pure speculation on my part, but if possible, then maybe we will see multiples from these current prices some day.

I suggest this only because I do not see how Management holding so many shares will otherwise get a chance to dispose of a lot of them as the share price moves upward.  With the strict reporting requirements these days, any significant selling by multiple insiders will trigger a sell-off on the shares.

The real question (I do not know the industry well enough) is who would buy CCZ?

Although profitable at present, I still contend that they need to show some significant growth strategy (meaning 2 or 3 times current revenue) while maintaining current profitability margins.  This is what will attract the bigger investors.

All IMHO of course.

Here's hoping for an up day with increased volumes.

Cheers All.
