I agree that going private is probably not on managements radar... however...
Selling the company is an option. Who might be interested in buying them? Well if they grow big enough any service company in the Oil&Gas industry might be interested in them ... (Pason Systems for example...)

I am sure that Mr. Mandani will sell the company when the right offer comes in. He is the type of guy that is always looking for something new and 'move on'
