LMA resting?
LMA resting?I was a little surprised that La Mancha didn't have a better day yesterday. Gold was up and LMA was having trouble staying even. Today is a bit better. I guess, after the big move from .46 to C$.70, LMA.to will go sideways for awhile and then move up. The market hasn't figured out how cheap this stock is yet. Fwd Price to cashflow is ~ 2. $0$0$0$0The biggest negative I can find is the fact that La Mancha has ownership in three smaller mines. This probably makes them a less desirable candidate for a bigger player to acquire because none of their mines is large enough for a bigger player to desire. However they do own 51% of their newest and lowest cost mine, Frog's Leg. This will be the source of their growth in 09. Should move from 15K production in 08 to around 40K in 09. $0$0$0$0$0I also don't think the market appreciates the potential of their exploration package. La Mancha has all the gold prospects that were collected by their majority owner, Arreva. The package still has many properties that La Mancha hasn't been able to explore. La Mancha is not your typical junior explorer. $0$0$0$0$0Bobwins$0$0$0$0
