crux of the ridley issue?

crux of the ridley issue?I don't have all the data on the ridley island lawsuit..I don't think fortunes case is solely centered on a political decision to eliminate them from their written deal for purchasing the asset. Fortune apparently passed on data in regard to potential coal shipments from Mount Klappen. Data that may have ultimately been used to make the greedy politicians decide to cancel fortunes bid. Ridley was broke but fortune was intending to deliver a whack of business to the terminal... The judges will decide if the politicians used fortunes coal delivery projections to the ridley terminal as an incentive to grab ridley for themselves.... I don't even think this case is before the courts but if I'm right on the crux of the issue at stake it is too odiferous to go to court and be made public.....
