However, i do see that he has widespread insider holdings, including potash one, and that he has a pre-existing relationship with the folks behind AAA. He is considered an insider for dynamite resources, which is run by the same folks driving AAA.

So, if he bought 3.5 mill shares, and the pp sold roughly 18 million, he took about 20% of the private placement. I am not sure if this is news--they are required to disclose it when somebody buys X % of a company.
